Polypropylene Weather Hood and Pedestal WH1 - WH4: protects utility blower motor on outside installations. UV Treated corrosion resistant polypropylene and stainless steel motor mounting hardware. Temperature limitation is 140º F.
Aluminum Weather Hood and Pedestal Model WH5: Gray powder coat finish, 0.125" cast aluminum, type 5052 H32 aluminum. All assembly hardware is stainless steel. Temperature limitation is 400º F.
Impellers, Stainless Steel: 304 Stainless Steel in all models of P Series Polypropylene Utility Vent Set. Electro Polish 316 Stainless Steel in all of PSS Stainless Steel Models. Temperature limitation is 200ºF.
Disconnect Switch: NEMA 4X / IP66 enclosure, rated up to 25 AMPs, 3 Pole, 3 Phase, or Single Phase, 50/60Hz, suitable as motor disconnect, UL/CSA listed, CE approved, provides lock off position for additional safety. Temperature limit up to 140º F.
Exhaust Guard / Inlet Guard: Polypropylene. Recommended up to 140º F. Designed to protect from fans moving parts and prevent entry of birds and animals.
Adjustable Butterfly Dampers: UV Treated PVC Body, damper plate and shaft, SS Locking quadrant and fasteners. Recommended up to 140º F. Less than 5% airflow restriction. 95 % seal. Bell end sockets Designed to fit round schedule 40 PVC duct.
Back Draft Dampers Vertical Gravity Operation: UV Treated PVC Body, damper plate and shaft. Recommended up to 140º F. Less than 5% airflow restriction. 95 % seal. Bell end sockets Designed to fit round schedule 40 PVC duct.
Flexible PVC Reducers / Couplings: Body shall be made of flexible PVC with Stretch/Compression Factor of 5% to allow for snug fit and vibration isolation. Compression Clamps shall be made of stainless steel. Recommended up to 140º F.
Roof Curb – Model CURBGV: Body is made of Galvanized Aluminum. Insulated with Wood Nailers and Flanges.
Roof Unit Kits: All parts shall be made of UV treated polypropylene with SS hardware. Recommended up to 140º F.
Vibration Isolators – VI1: rubber with SS hardware and clear 5/6” zinc plated threads. Maximum load downward compression of 55 lbs. Maximum load sideways shear of 8 lbs each. Temperature recommended up to 140º F.
Weather Cap Style “A”: UV treated schedule 40 PVC schedule 40 duct. Belled end socket. Recommended up to 140º F.
Weather Cap / Stack – Style “B”: UV treated schedule 40 PVC schedule 40 duct. Belled end socket. Zero pressure loss. Recommended up to 140º F.
